These terms apply to your use of shorevalockers.com (the “website”), run by SLS Prime Holding LLC (“SHOREVA”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. SHOREVA isn't open yet
SHOREVA Beach Lockers stations are not open yet. We are in talks with cities, counties and parks in South Florida. The stations, screens and videos shown on the website are concept visualizations; the final design is being finalized with a U.S. manufacturer. Features, prices, languages and locations may change before launch. Nothing on the website is an offer to rent a locker or a promise that a station will open at a particular place or date.
Prices on the website are shown before sales tax. The total with tax is shown on the station screen before you pay.
2. Locker rental terms
When stations open, the rental terms will be shown on the station screen and published on this website, and you will accept them before you pay. Those rental terms — not these website terms — will govern locker rentals.
3. Not run by a city
SHOREVA Beach Lockers is privately operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by any city, county or park. Each station will operate under an agreement with the local authority.
4. Forms and the waitlist
When you send a form, please give accurate information and only your own contact details. We use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy. Joining the waitlist doesn't reserve a locker or create any obligation for you or for us.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't use the website to break the law, send spam, try to access systems or data you're not allowed to, overload or disrupt the website, or collect other people's information.
6. Our content
The SHOREVA name and logo and the text, images, videos and design of the website belong to SLS Prime Holding LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to the website and quote short passages with a link back. Please don't copy, modify or reuse our content in other ways without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites and services, such as Telegram or social networks. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
8. No warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOREVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the website will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
