Buried in the sand
Under the towel, in a sneaker, by the umbrella. The first places anyone checks.
Coming to South Florida beaches
A solar-powered locker station right in the beach parking lot. Your car key, phone and wallet stay here — you swim without looking back. Open it with your own PIN, your face or fingerprint. No key, no app, no phone needed.
The everyday beach problem
Everyone who drives to the beach asks it. Today there are three answers — and everyone knows them, including thieves.
Under the towel, in a sneaker, by the umbrella. The first places anyone checks.
A modern key fob can't get wet — and a car can start with the fob inside.
One person watches the bags. Nobody swims together, and every swim is spent facing the shore.
SHOREVA is the fourth answer: a locker right next to your car.
How it works
Park, grab your key, phone and wallet, and step in. The screen wakes up in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole or Russian.
Small for a key, phone, wallet and passport. Medium for a backpack or clothes. Large for a beach bag. The screen shows what's free.
Set a 6-digit PIN you'll remember — or go empty-handed with your face or fingerprint. Same locker, same price.
Whole hours only. Tap your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You see the total with tax before you pay. No card fees.
Put your things in — your phone can charge inside. Push the door until it clicks, and it locks. Now go swim.
Open and close your locker as often as you like while your time runs — sunscreen, a towel, a snack.
Chose your face? The screen recognizes you and opens your locker. Fingerprint? Touch the reader. PIN? Tap “Open my locker” and enter it — no locker number to remember.
Your face or fingerprint data and the check-in photo are deleted automatically, and your PIN stops working. Stayed longer? The extra time is billed at the same hourly rate, no penalty.
HELPSomething wrong? Press HELP on the screen — a live operator answers in about 2 minutes.

The station
One U-shaped station under a solar canopy. Tap a point to see what it does.
Solar panels on the roof power the whole station. No connection to the city grid.
Cameras over the station, a tamper alarm, and a photo at check-in that only an operator sees through HELP.
A large vertical touch screen set back under the roof, so it's readable at noon. Five languages. HELP on every screen.
Small, medium and large lockers. The station is modular — lockers can be added where demand calls for it.
A keypad, a face camera and a fingerprint reader that works with wet hands. There's no keyhole in the door.
Accessible lockers on the lower rows, the screen within easy reach, and a lower camera for wheelchair users.
Side screens for local partners and how-to videos are a concept, subject to city approval.
Metal lockers anchored to concrete or asphalt, as the city requires.
USB charging, so your phone is full when you're back.
The locker blocks your key fob's signal while it's inside.
Roof overhang and a closed cabinet protect against rain and sun.
Concept visualization. Final design is being finalized with a U.S. manufacturer.

For cities, counties & parks
SHOREVA funds, installs, operates and maintains the station. The city receives a share of revenue and a new service for residents and visitors.

We fund the station, installation, operation and maintenance.
Solar-powered. No connection to the city's electrical system.
It sits in the parking lot. Nothing is placed on the beach or the dunes.
Start small, add lockers where they're needed, remove the station if a pilot ends.
ADA-minded layout and a screen in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole and Russian.
Camera-monitored, tamper alarm, HELP button to a live operator, pilot numbers published.
We're proposing 6–12 month pilots in South Florida beach parking lots.

We don't call any lock unbreakable. The lockers are metal, anchored to the ground, with a tamper alarm and cameras, and there's no keyhole in the door. We'll publish our pilot numbers — incidents included.
There's no locker key at all. You set your own 6-digit PIN for this rental, and it stops working when the rental ends — or you use your face or fingerprint.
You don't need your phone at any step. If a scan doesn't work, use your backup PIN. Still stuck? Press HELP — a live operator answers in about 2 minutes and opens it remotely after checking it's you.
You don't have to. Choose a PIN — same locker, same price. If you choose a scan, it's used only to open your locker and deleted when you take your things.
The extra time is billed at the same hourly rate, in whole hours, with no penalty — never more than $25 a day + tax.
No. SHOREVA Beach Lockers is privately operated. Each station runs under an agreement with the local city, county or park.
We're in talks with cities and counties in South Florida. Locations will be announced once agreements are signed.
